Allen is the relationship manager with Ogier Global’s Hong Kong Corporate Administration team. He primarily focuses on client coverage and acts as a liaison between our services and our clients to help them in the establishment and administration of BVI, Cayman and Hong Kong corporate entities.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Allen spent nine years in equity capital markets (ECM) and corporate finance, with a focus on transaction execution and client coverage, specialising in share placements, M&A, corporate structure and capital structure advisory.
Allen has a masters degree from the University of Plymouth and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
