Amy Parker

Amy is an associate in Ogier's corporate and funds team in Guernsey, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law degree from the University of Stellenbosch and has been admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2016.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Amy was part of both the corporate, banking and finance practice and trust practice of a local offshore law firm in Guernsey. Prior to relocating to Guernsey, Amy practiced as an attorney in South Africa where she was part of the team of lead attorneys for the divestment of a wholly owned subsidiary by a South African Johannesburg Stock Exchange Listed Public Company. Amy has a diverse background in corporate and commercial law and regulatory matters, including her experience as being the appointed Group Company Secretary to a number of private and public companies in South Africa.
