Aoife is a senior associate on our Real Estate team with over 6 years post qualification experience. advises on all areas of commercial property transactions with a particular focus on development land acquisitions, construction law, new home and commercial developments and development finance transactions.
Aoife is a graduate of University College Dublin where she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (European) degree. Aoife also holds a diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
Aoife has advised some of Ireland’s largest commercial property companies on all aspects of development projects from site acquisitions, development financing, construction contracts, sale of completed development (including forward sales).
Recent experience includes:
- Acting for Irish property developer in the development and forward sale of 267 Build to Rent units in South Dublin to European pension fund.
- Acting for Ireland’s leading hospitality group in the refinancing of the group’s hotel portfolio with American real estate investment company and lender including the restructure of the group’s mezzanine loan facilities.
- Acting for Irish property developer in the development and forward sale of 108 social housing units in South Dublin to Approved Housing Body.
- Acting in the acquisition and development of a retail shopping centre in Co. Wicklow.
- Acting for one of Ireland’s largest waste collection companies in the refinancing of the company’s property portfolio with an Irish pillar bank.
- Acting for Irish property developer in the development and forward sale of 96 social housing units in County Meath to a leading Approved Housing Body.
