Arlene has more than 20 years of experience in financial services working with open ended funds, primarily UCITS, Non-UCITS and AIFs domiciled in the UK and Ireland, as well as investment trusts and structured products.
Background and experience
Throughout her career, Arlene has worked extensively with a number of leading service providers providing comprehensive oversight and continuous improvement of transfer agent related processes and controls, delivery of successful, timely and cost-effective regulatory and product project-based initiatives; including multiple service provider transitions, operational project management, implementation of regulatory change and due diligence.
Before joining Ogier, Arlene held the position of director within the global fiduciary platform of a leading global asset manager.
Arlene holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Westminster.
