Before joining Ogier, Arthur was part of a leading international law firm’s financial markets team where he specialised in fund formation and financial regulatory. He also has in-house experience, working for a leading PRC asset management company in Hong Kong.
Arthur obtained his Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Laws degree from Zhejiang University.
He passed his PRC Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2023.
Arthur speaks fluent English, Mandarin and conversational Cantonese.
