Brendan is a legal manager in Ogier's Hong Kong Investment Funds team. He specialises in the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of private funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. He also advises on regulatory compliance, and co-investment and downstream transactions.

Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Brendan worked as an associate in the corporate finance department, where he focused on capital market transactions, including advising on Hong Kong IPOs, post-listing compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
Brendan obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Law), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The University of Hong Kong.
Brendan speaks native Cantonese, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
