Caroline is an associate in our Banking and Finance team in the Cayman Islands. She advises on a wide range of banking and finance matters with a particular focus on leveraged and corporate finance, fund finance and financial institution lending.

Background and experience
Caroline specialises in banking and finance, advising on a wide range of transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged buy-outs, and subscription line and capital call financing. She has advised leading private equity sponsors on the financing of complex, multi-jurisdictional leveraged and corporate finance transactions, as well as on corporate restructurings.
Before joining Ogier, Caroline was part of the banking and finance team at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP in Dublin, where she advised private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions on a wide range of cross-border debt financing transactions.
Caroline is admitted as a solicitor in both Ireland and England and Wales, and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of England and Wales.
