Charlie is an insolvency and civil litigation solicitor. He has experience of both corporate and personal insolvency matters, including administrator appointments, world-wide freezing injunctions, search and seizures, provisional liquidations, and unfair prejudice petitions.
Before joining Ogier in December 2021, Charlie was a member of a multinational law firm's dispute resolution team in London where he specialised in insolvency civil litigation.
Charlie graduated from Edinburgh University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2012 prior to completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2013/2014. Charlie trained at insolvency specialist law firm, Moon Beever LLP (now merged with Wedlake Bell LLP), qualifying in July 2016.
