Chona Cruz

Chona is a manager in the Fund Administration team overseeing several real estate and private equity accounting client portfolios. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and specialises in the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services to real estate and private equity clients.

Background and experience

Chona is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.

She held the position of manager at a large multinational fund services provider in Jersey delivering specialised accounting and administrative services to an extensive client base in the private equity, infrastructure and corporate sectors.

Chona started her career as an auditor at one of the big four audit firms working on various industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing and power generation. Prior to working in Jersey, she was an assistant manager in a leading fund services offshore provider in the Philippines, focusing on a real estate captive investment and asset manager with properties in Japan, Hong Kong, China, Australia and Singapore. She also worked on a portfolio of a leading private equity firm worldwide with brands across all segments of the consumer industry.
