Danny is involved in a wide range of local and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, joint ventures, restructuring transactions and international financing.
Background and experience
Danny advises international and local clients in various sectors, but has particular experience in Natural Resources, Real Estate and Hospitality sectors as well as providing Private Wealth and Family Office clients with structuring advice.
Danny joined Ogier in October 2022 having spent five years as a Non-Executive Director in the finance and fiduciary sectors. Prior to this, Danny was a senior lawyer for 9 years in another leading international law firm in Jersey.
Danny qualified as an English solicitor in 2003 and practiced corporate law in England for several years before moving to Jersey in 2007.
He received an LLB with Honours from the University of Southampton in 1999 and was awarded his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with distinction at the College of Law in Guildford in 2001.
