Fin is an associate in Ogier's Corporate team and based in Guernsey.
He completed seats in the Corporate, Banking and Finance, Private Wealth and Dispute Resolution teams during his training contract. Fin has experience advising on a broad range of corporate, commercial and advisory matters, including banking & finance transactions, corporate restructurings and M&A.
Fin first joined Ogier as a bursary student in 2019 before completing his training contract with the firm and qualifying in 2025.
He graduated from the University of Sheffield with first-class honours in law before achieving a distinction in his Legal Practice Course with the University of Law. During his studies, Fin co-founded a sports law blog that published articles on the legal aspects of major sporting events.
