Finley first joined Ogier as a bursary student in 2019. During his undergraduate degree he undertook placements in several departments within the firm including Dispute Resolution and Real Estate.

Background and experience
Finley graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2022 with first class honours in Law. He remained in Sheffield the following year to complete the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law, achieving a distinction.
Finley's study focused on Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
During his time at Sheffield he also assisted in running a sports law blog, where he wrote articles explaining the legal aspects of major sporting events.
