Hoan Nguyen

Hoan brings strong technical expertise and business acumen, having worked extensively in advisory, stakeholder management, audit, and regulatory compliance. He began his career in public practice at a Big 4 firm in Singapore, spending more than 15 years in their asset and wealth management practice. He led teams serving a wide portfolio of asset managers, covering financial statements and internal audits, regulatory compliance and consulting. He also has significant expertise in internal controls, investment valuation audits, and reporting standards under IFRS, Singapore GAAP, Hong Kong GAAP and US GAAP.

As head of Ogier Global in Singapore, Hoan is instrumental in building new and deepening existing relationships with service providers, further promoting Singapore as a highly regulated, flexible and consistent funds platform for foreign managers and investors. He also works to integrate Singapore's offering with Ogier’s other key fund jurisdictions, supporting seamless cross-border solutions.
