Holly Chapman is an associate in Ogier’s corporate and finance team in the British Virgin Islands.
Background and experience
Holly advises a wide range of clients including companies, directors and shareholders on cross-border corporate, finance and restructuring matters. She has particular experience acting for banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on multi-jurisdictional corporate finance, leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance and asset finance transactions.
Before joining Ogier in 2022, Holly was a finance lawyer at DLA Piper.
Holly holds an honours degree in law from the University of York, with a masters in law, business and management from the University of Law
