Holly Lee 李晓岚

Holly’s practice focuses on the establishment and structuring of hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as their regulatory and compliance matters.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Holly was an associate at another offshore law firm, where she focused on advising on matters relating to investment funds. She also has experience in general corporate matters and regulatory compliance.

Holly received her Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong in 2012 and 2013, respectively.

Holly is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer regulated by the Law Society of Hong Kong.

Holly speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
