Karina is an associate director at Ogier's Corporate and Fiduciary business, where she leads both the Debt Capital Markets and Corporate client servicing division in Ireland. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Background and experience
Karina focuses on providing solution-focused services for both her corporate and structured finance clients. Her deep understanding of the regulatory and legal frameworks applicable to Irish special purpose vehicles (SPVs) enables her to deliver tailored, compliant and innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of her clients.
Karina has more than 20 years financial services experience. Previously, Karina held the position of Vice President Corporate Solutions with a global financial services provider where she oversaw the establishment, management, and growth of various structured finance and aviation leasing platforms.
Karina has a Bachelor (Hons) of Business and Economics from South East Technological University (SETU), a Professional Certificate in Compliance from UCD and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
