Keith Tse 谢力行

Keith is a member of Ogier's Investment Funds team based in Hong Kong. He specialises in matters relating to the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of private funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.

Background and experience

Keith obtained Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Bachelor of Laws at The University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Ogier, he worked in the funds and corporate team at Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP.

Keith speaks native Cantonese, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
