Kimberly is an associate in Ogier's Cayman Islands Corporate team.
She is recognised in Legal 500 Caribbean 2023 as a key lawyer in corporate and investment funds.
Her practice encompasses traditional corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, continuations and reorganisations, as well as investment fund formation, FATCA/CRS compliance, and corporate governance advisory.
Kimberly also has particular expertise in the rapidly evolving digital assets and fintech landscape, operating under the Cayman Islands virtual asset service providers (VASPs) regulatory regime.
She regularly advises on complex digital securities transactions within high-value, cross-border technology initiatives, providing regulatory and strategic guidance to VASPs and crypto-focused businesses, including exchanges, custodians and wallet providers.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2026, Kimberly was an associate in the corporate team at another international law firm in the Cayman Islands. During this time, she acted as lead Cayman counsel on the proposed US$550 million acquisition of Ironshore Therapeutics Inc. by Nasdaq-listed biopharmaceutical company Collegium, supporting its strategic expansion into neurology.
In 2019, Kimberly completed the Chambers Placement Scheme secondment with Maitland Chambers, Lincoln’s Inn, London.
Before qualifying as a lawyer, Kimberly worked for seven years as a corporate administrator in the corporate team at another international law firm in the Cayman Islands, where she focused on corporate governance and company management. Her experience also includes the formation, maintenance and termination of Cayman Islands companies, investment funds, segregated portfolio companies and partnerships.
Kimberly graduated from the University of Liverpool (LLB Hons) and Oxford Brookes University (LPC Distinction) through the Truman Bodden Law School. She also earned a certificate in Unlocking Virtual Assets from BPP International Finance.
She is also a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and 100 Women in Finance.
