Laura Archange

Laura is a counsel in Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg and specialises in cross-border fund financing and securitisation transactions. With a dual focus on regulatory compliance and innovative structuring, she advises banks, asset managers and institutional clients on complex financing solutions and EU / Luxembourg market trends.

Background and experience

Laura has significant experience advising on the structuring of cross-border securitisation transactions and debt issuances, including those subject to Luxembourg securitisation law and / or EU securitisation regulation. She is well versed in credit enhancement mechanisms and Euro multilateral trading facility (MTF) listings.

Laura also assists international clients with various types of financing, with a focus on fund financing, including subscriptions facilities, NAV financings, hybrid deals, LP and GP-led financings and bespoke liquidity solutions tailored to Luxembourg investment funds. She also specialises in sustainable finance. 

Before joining Ogier, Laura worked for another leading Luxembourg firm, both locally and in London, specialising in securitisation and fund finance. 

Laura is co-chair of the ALFI Fund Finance Working Group. She is also involved in the organisation of Luxembourg Fund Finance Association (FFA) events. Her thought leadership has been published in the Luxembourg Banking and Financial Law Association and she has shared her securitisation expertise as a panellist at large-scale industry events.
