Laurianne Vessot

Laurianne is an associate in Ogier's Investment Funds team in Luxembourg. She focuses on regulatory, corporate, and organisational aspects in relation to the set-up, structuring, and management of both regulated and unregulated funds. 

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Laurianne gained experience in Luxembourg based international law firms.

Laurianne is regularly involved in the set-up of funds for the financial sector. She also advises clients, whether investors, investment fund managers or initiators, on the legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of investment funds in Luxembourg.

She obtained a master’s degree in international business law from the University Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, Hô-Chi-Minh City, Vietnam, a master’s degree in international operations of corporate and tax law from the University Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, France and a Mastère Spécialisé, Juriste Manager International from EM Lyon Business School, Lyon, France.
