Lucy is a paralegal in Ogier's Local Legal Services team. She specialises in local probate matters and foreign probates with Jersey aspects, including fast‑track applications. Lucy drafts and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), prepares Jersey wills, and advises on wills for non‑domiciled individuals with Jersey assets. She also drafts will trusts and manages a range of capacity‑related court applications, including registering UK LPAs in Jersey and from other jurisdictions. Her experience extends to registering immovable Jersey wills.
Background and experience
Lucy worked full‑time while completing her law degree and is currently undertaking her Jersey law exams.
