Your household effects plus personal estate up to £30,000.00 will go to your surviving spouse. The remainder will be divided 50 percent to your surviving spouse and 50 percent to your children. |
Life enjoyment of the matrimonial home will be given to your surviving spouse. Ownership will be divided equally between your surviving spouse and your children. |
