Michael Clapham was a partner in the Jersey practice from 1970 until his retirement in 2001 and is now a consultant to Ogier. He is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey. His general practice included the areas of corporate and commercial, banking and litigation, but he now advises principally on private client and property matters.
Michael was President of the Law Society of Jersey from 1997 to 2001. He was appointed as a Jersey Financial Services Commissioner in 2002. Michael is an M.A. of Oxford University.
