Margot is a Listing Director at Ogier responsible for providing listing agent services to debt instruments and investment funds seeking a stock exchange listing. Her experience covers listing applications across several exchanges, including Ireland, Luxembourg, Vienna, London, the Channel Islands and the Cayman Islands.

With over 20 years of experience Margot has built strong relationships with stock exchanges and regulators alike. Using her industry knowledge, she gives tailored advice to clients on all aspects of a listing application, including choice of the most appropriate listing venue, the application and admission process and the ongoing maintenance obligations for a stock exchange listing.
Prior to joining Ogier Margot was head of listing agent services for 10 years at a leading Irish law firm. Margot is part of the listing agent working group of the Irish Debt Securities Association.
