Mark Grenyer

Mark is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute with over 25 years’ offshore financial services experience, primarily in the Funds sector. He has worked across diverse asset classes, including real assets, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, debt, renewable energy, hedge funds, litigation funding and fine art.

Background and experience

Mark has over 25 years’ experience in offshore financial services, specialising in funds. He helped establish a leading offshore administrator’s digital assets services, contributing to pioneering projects such as Jersey’s first fiat / crypto exchange, digital token issuance and Ethereum-denominated fund.

Mark has served on the boards of client and fiduciary services businesses for nearly 15 years and was most recently Regional Head of Operations for the Crown Dependencies at a major global offshore provider.

Prior to joining Ogier in 2025, Mark was a member of the Jersey Funds Association main committee for five years. He is an ICSA Professional (Chartered Governance Institute), holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and earned a certificate in Fintech from the University of Oxford Saïd Business School.
