Michaël Goosse

Michaël Goosse is the Head of Fund Administration at Ogier Global in Luxembourg. He has over 20 years of experience in the corporate and fund administration industry in Luxembourg with an extensive background working with international clients, mainly in the corporate and private equity sector.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier, Michaël held senior roles with leading services providers in Luxembourg where he oversaw client relationships and operations of a wide range of private equity and corporate clients. He also acted as board member on many complex structures.

His experience also includes the set-up and management of a third party administration platform of a family-owned asset manager with approximately US$7billion of AUM. Michael started his professional journey as an accountant.

He holds an Accounting degree from HERS (Belgium), a Luxembourg and International Tax degree and a Corporate and Commercial law degree from the Luxembourg Business School.

Michaël is a Luxembourg Qualified Chartered Accountant.
