Michael is the group finance director for Ogier Global. He has responsibility for financial management, risk and control. Michael has more than 10 years’ experience in financial services.

Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier, Michael held the position of finance director at a global administration firm, where he was part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving the growth and strategy of the Jersey cluster. He also spent five years working at another global administration firm where he lead the group M&A, identifying and acquiring bolt-on businesses to expand and strengthen the group and was part of the team responsible for listing on to the London Stock Exchange.
Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland and was included in the ICAS top 100 Young CA’s under 35.
