Mily Li 李明珠

Mily has extensive hands-on experience in offshore fund formation and registration, fund administration and cross-border corporate structure establishment, working with a wide range of clients from listed company, PE/VC, SMEs, to SOEs.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Mily worked in a professional corporate services firm, specialising in VIE establishment and maintenance, hedge fund and private fund formation and administration for more than five years. She works closely with both our fiduciary team and offshore legal counsel to provide one stop solutions to clients across the areas of corporate, investments funds and M&A. 

She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
