Minnie is an associate director in the Debt Capital Markets team for Ogier's corporate and fiduciary division, Ogier Global. Based in Hong Kong, Minnie predominantly handles loan administration and bond issuances. 

Background and experience

Minnie specialises in Cayman and BVI matters and has advised on a broad range of capital market and debt market transactions including Hong Kong and US listings, IPOs and pre-IPO investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, notes issuances and general corporate advice. She is a qualified Hong Kong solicitor (non-practicing). 

Minnie is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

  • Acted as Cayman and BVI legal adviser for New Hope Service Holdings Limited (stock code: 3658) on its HK$834 million initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Acted as Cayman and BVI legal adviser for E-Star Commercial Management Company Limited (stock code: 6668) on its HK$965 million initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
  • Acted as Cayman legal adviser for China MeiDong Auto Holdings Limited (stock code: 1268) on the issuance of HK$2.75 billion guaranteed listed convertible bonds
  • Acted as Cayman and BVI legal adviser for Lichen China Limited on its US$516 million initial public offering on Nasdaq
