Background and experience
Naomi previously worked in Ogier’s Investment Funds team, specialising in regulatory and investment funds, and working on a number of fund launches, ongoing fund operation, regulatory compliance, LP interest transfers, fund winding down and termination. Naomi also previously worked for a leading private equity house where she focused on providing transactional and governance support to the investment function.
Prior to re-joining Ogier in 2024, Naomi trained at Goodwin in London, completing seats in investment funds, real estate, private equity and tax. Naomi then qualified into Goodwin’s transactional real estate team in London where she advised UK and overseas clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including asset and corporate wrapped acquisitions and disposals, development financing and property management matters.
Naomi has a degree in law and French law from King’s College London (Upper Second-Class Honours), a Maîtrise en Droit from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and an LPC (Distinction) from the College of Law (London Moorgate).
