Background and experience
Before joining Ogier in July 2024, Nicole was the sole paralegal in the funds team of a boutique offshore firm in the Cayman Islands, where she specialised in a full range of financing transactions and corporate work, including fintech. Before that, she was a paralegal at a leading offshore firm. Nicole graduated from the University of Hull where she obtained her LLB in law, before completing the bar vocational course at the University of the West of England.
Nicole's experience includes performing legal research, document reviewing and drafting of legal documents such as NDAs, board minutes and written resolutions.
