Nikki Shah

Nikki has extensive experience of open ended funds, consisting mainly of UK domiciled funds but also Cayman and Luxembourg funds. He has strong fund accounting knowledge and understands the impact of this service across the full value chain from the investment manager to the end investor.

Background and experience

Nikki has more than 20 years' experience working in open ended funds such as unit trusts, OEICs, master feeder fund, fund of funds and hedge funds. Prior to joining Ogier, Nikki worked as a NAV oversight manager where he was responsible for identifying and implementing better controls and processes across the entire NAV calculation process, working with the financial reporting team to improve the funds audit process and ensuring BAU deliverables were completed to a high standard and met client service agreements. Prior to this, he has worked at leading fund administration providers in the capacity of both client service manager and NAV manager.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
