Paul is the manager of the Corporate Governance, Listings and Company Secretarial Team in Ireland. He is a Chartered Company Secretary with extensive expertise in Corporate Governance and Company Law in Ireland.
Background and experience
Paul has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from large international groups to small start-ups. The sectors Paul has worked with have been just as varied from Retail, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Asset Management, Aircraft Leasing, Sports Bodies, Charities, Construction and many more.
Paul has a Qualifying Law Degree (LL.B) from Canterbury Christ Church University, a Master's in Law (LL.M) from Trinity College Dublin and Higher Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance with the University of Ulster. Paul is also an Accredited Irish Funds Professional by the Irish Institute of Banking.
