Ross specialises in banking and corporate finance, advising both lenders and borrowers in relation to local and international transactions. Ross has worked on a wide range of corporate and commercial finance matters including multi-jurisdictional acquisition finance, investment fund subscription financings, high profile real estate and development financings and pioneering infrastructure and renewable energy project financings.

    Ross has specialised in banking and finance and has experience in a broad range of areas including real estate finance, asset backed lending, renewable energy and project finance, fin-tech, acquisition finance, fund and subscription finance, derivatives and general corporate lending (secured and unsecured). Ross has acted for a range of clients, particularly multi-national credit institutions and investment funds (both debt and equity funds).

    Prior to joining Ogier in 2017, Ross was based in London and Bristol and was part of the Corporate Finance and Banking team at Burges Salmon LLP where he advised on all aspects of corporate finance and commercial banking.

    Ross received his LLB in Law and Chinese Law from the University of Nottingham in 2010 and his Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP Law School (London) in 2011.

    Ross is a member of the Law Society for England and Wales (non practising).
