She also provides independent director services to a broad array of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, including hedge funds and private equity funds. A qualified attorney with 26 years’ post-qualification experience in the offshore financial services sector, Sabina offers clients robust risk management, regulatory compliance and effective corporate governance through close collaboration with fund managers, administrators and service providers.

Prior to joining Ogier, Sabina held senior management positions with several leading international service providers, working across offshore trust, banking, legal and corporate administration divisions.
