Sarah is group operations director at Ogier. She has responsibility for the efficient operational effectiveness of the firm and the implementation of group strategy across the Global Support Team (GST), environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility and Ogier's Workspace and Premises Strategy.

Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier, Sarah spent seven years working for Leman Solicitors in Dublin, Ireland as head of operations. Following the successful merger of Leman Solicitors and Ogier in 2022, Sarah moved on to her current group role in April 2023.
An Economics graduate from University College Dublin, Sarah worked in finance for 10 years before moving into operations.
