Scott is an associate in Ogier's Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. He is experienced in both transactional and general corporate advisory work. He assists clients across a range of practice areas, including venture capital and private equity, M&A, corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters.
Background and experience
Before joining Ogier, Scott was a managing associate in the Corporate Innovation and Venture Capital team at an international law firm in Cambridge and London. There, he specialised in advising founders, early-stage companies and venture capital funds on fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Kent, holding an LLB (English and French Law) and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019.
