Sinéad is an associate in Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Jersey, with experience advising in development and project financing, real estate financing, structured financing and general corporate banking matters on both the borrower and lender side.

Before joining Ogier, Sinéad worked in the Banking and Finance team in a top tier Irish law firm, where she specialised in general corporate banking and finance.
Sinéad holds a double major undergraduate degree in French and Classical Civilisations from Trinity College Dublin and a post-graduate diploma in Law, with distinction, from Technological University Dublin.
Prior to working in law, Sinéad worked at the European headquarters of a multinational bank and in the contracts office of Ireland’s leading university.
