Stephen O'Connor

Stephen is an associate on Ogier’s Real Estate team. He advises on all areas of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, freehold acquisitions, refinancing, asset management, and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Stephen has a particular focus on the following sectors:

• Hotels & Hospitality

Background and experience

Stephen trained with Ogier before qualifying as a solicitor in November 2021. He is a graduate of University College Cork where he obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (Clinical). He has also been conferred with a Diploma in Commercial Property by the Law Society of Ireland.

Recent experience includes:

• Ongoing assistance to an international investor in the purchase and subsequent asset management of warehouse units in the Greater Dublin Area
• Assisted in the sale of a prime warehouse unit in Co. Meath to an international conglomerate
• Assisted in the sale of an office block in the Dublin Docklands to a French Investment Fund
• Assisted in the refinance of a residential development portfolio in the Dublin Area
• Ongoing asset management for a number of Irish and international clients across the office, retail and hospitality sectors
