Tim is a counsel in the Guernsey Dispute Resolution team. He has a wealth of experience in handling high-value, complex commercial litigation having worked on many of the most high profile cases to come before the Guernsey and Cayman Island courts in recent years.
Background and experience
After graduating from Oriel College, Oxford University, Tim trained and qualified as a solicitor at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP in London. In 2010, he joined an offshore firm in the Cayman Islands before moving to their Guernsey office as counsel. Tim has been a litigation lawyer since he qualified in England in 1999 and moved to Guernsey in 2014 after four years of working in Cayman. Between January and September 2019, Tim was seconded to HSBC to provide legal advice to the bank in Guernsey.
