Tom is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Ogier's Jersey office. In addition to advising on a range of contentious trust matters, Tom has particular expertise in regulatory and white-collar crime, fraud and asset tracing and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier in 2022, Tom practised in the UK with a broad practice encompassing construction disputes, international arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, general commercial litigation and director shareholder disputes.
Tom is an English solicitor and was awarded an LLB (Hons) from the University of Exeter in 2008.
