She is approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission and specialises in company and partnership formations, along with the administration of corporate offshore vehicles and has extensive experience in providing professional company administration, fiduciary and custodial services to companies.
Toshra is an affiliate member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), a member of the BVI Association of Compliance Officers (BVIACO) and a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
