Four promotions in Ogier's BVI team

As part of its continuous commitment to recognise, develop and reward talent, Ogier has promoted four colleagues in its BVI office across the firm's legal and corporate and fiduciary teams.

In Ogier Global, Ogier's corporate and fiduciary division, Toshra Glasgow has been promoted to manager. Toshra has over 22 years' experience in the financial services industry and is affiliate member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), a member of the BVI Association of Compliance Officers (BVIACO) and a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

In Ogier's legal team, Sarah Latham has been promoted to managing associate in the BVI Dispute Resolution team. Sarah acts for clients in a broad range of disputes, often with a cross-border element, including shareholder disputes, fraud and asset tracing claims, and insolvency and restructuring matters.

Odane Lennon has been promoted to senior associate in the Corporate team. Recognised in the Legal 500 as a "rockstar associate" who goes "above and beyond to get the deal through", Odane has worked on many high profile and high value deals in the BVI. He is a leader in Ogier's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative and an active member of the BVI community through his work with the Rotaract Club of Tortola.

Emily Rivett has been promoted to senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team. Emily has acted for clients in a broad range of disputes, including high value cross-border matters in both the BVI and the UK. She has experience in acting for clients in urgent applications for injunctive relief, freezing orders and Norwich Pharmacal orders, in addition to representing clients' interests in mediation and settlement discussions.
