Toshra Glasgow

Toshra is a manager at Ogier Global (BVI) Limited and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day oversight of the team undertaking corporate administration of companies.

Background and experience

Toshra has over twenty-two (22) years of experience in the financial services industry with thirteen (13) years in fiduciary and custodial services, where her main focus was on providing fiduciary services to high net worth individuals, multinational corporations, banks and other financial institutions. She is approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission and specialises in company and partnership formations, along with the administration of corporate offshore vehicles and has extensive experience in providing professional company administration, fiduciary and custodial services to companies.

Toshra is an affiliate member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), a member of the BVI Association of Compliance Officers (BVIACO) and a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
