Tracy She

Tracy is an associate director for Ogier Global's Singapore team. An experienced chartered secretary (ACIS) having worked in the financial services industry for more than two decades, Tracy is skilled in corporate secretarial work, corporate governance, compliance and due-diligence.

Background and experience

Before joining Ogier, Tracy has worked for established corporate, fiduciary and administrative services companies in Singapore. Her experience includes services spanning all stages of an entity's lifecycle, including preliminary services for company establishment, recurring requirements during its lifecycle and winding down services in the event of a company dissolving.

Tracy is an associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). She holds a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certification and a Bachelor's Degree in business from RMIT university.
