Yan Lam

Yan is a manager in Ogier Global's Corporate Administration team in Hong Kong and has extensive experience (both in-house and professional) in the corporate secretarial field. Yan currently focuses on operations and knowledge management, and works closely with the global operations team to drive work efficiency for the Corporate Administration team and leads a team to offer operations and administrative support to all service lines of Ogier Global across Hong Kong and Singapore.

Background and experience

Prior to joining Ogier Global in 2018, Yan handled the full spectrum of company secretarial tasks for a reputable and long-established listed group.

Yan has solid experience in providing professional corporate services to entities set up in BVI, Cayman Islands and Hong Kong and worked closely with professionals for investment funds, debt issuers and pre-IPO projects and company restructurings.

Yan holds a Master of Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong. She is an associate member of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and the Chartered Governance Institute.
