Yenny Brown

Yenny has an extensive experience in close ended funds across various jurisdictions including Cayman Islands, BVI, Mauritius, The UK, Luxembourg and Singapore. She also has a solid knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and FRS 102.

Background and experience

Yenny has more than 13 years' experience working in Close ended funds such as Private Equity, Debt, Venture Capital and Real Estate in various jurisdictions. Prior to joining Ogier, Yenny worked as a fund controller where she had responsibility in all accounting aspects of her employer's new business in Private Equity. Prior to this, she worked at leading asset management companies and a fund administration where she worked as a manager for Fund Services.

Yenny holds a Bachelor of Economics Accounting Degree from Trisakti University and is a Qualified accountant (CPA).
