Ogier advises Kazakh Steel on its dual primary listing on HKEX and AIX

Ogier has acted as Cayman counsel for Kazakh Steel Plc on its dual primary listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) and the Astana International Exchange Ltd (AIX).

Kazakh Steel Plc is a mining company in Kazakhstan, focused on iron ore exploration and development. The listing application was made on 14 April 2022 and Ogier will continue to assist in completing the listing.

The Ogier team in Hong Kong was by the firm's global Head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, and paralegal Kingston Tang. The Ogier team worked alongside lead Hong Kong counsel acting for the company, Chungs Lawyers, in association with DeHeng Law Offices.
