Ogier advises Acclime Holdings Limited on equity investment from Warburg Pincus

Ogier in Hong Kong has acted as British Virgin Islands (BVI) counsel to Acclime Holdings Limited, a leading pan-Asian professional services firm, in relation to the acquisition of a stake in the Acclime group by private equity firm Warburg Pincus. 

The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2026.

Warburg Pincus’s investment marks a significant milestone for Acclime, which provides integrated corporate services, fund services, accounting, tax and advisory solutions across multiple Asian jurisdictions. The transaction enables Acclime to leverage Warburg Pincus’s global reach and scale to drive further growth.

Ogier provided structuring and corporate advice, and due diligence, in relation to the BVI entities within Acclime group.  The Ogier team was led by Hong Kong partner Anthony Oakes with support from senior legal manager Joanna Ng and associate Jonathan Law.
