Ogier advises Averin Capital Acquisition Corp. on US$250 million Nasdaq IPO

Ogier’s Corporate team in the Cayman Islands has advised Averin Capital Acquisition Corp. on its US$250 million initial public offering on Nasdaq. 

A Cayman-incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Averin Capital Acquisition Corp. was formed to identify and complete a business combination, with a particular focus on opportunities within the technology and health sectors.

The offering of 25 million units was priced at US$10.00 per unit and began trading on Nasdaq on 19 February 2026 under the ticker symbol ACAAU. 

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Averin Capital Acquisition Corp. The team was led by partner Natalie Bell with support from senior associate James O'Sullivan.
