Ogier advises China Travel Service on its US$900 million guaranteed notes offering

Ogier's corporate team in Hong Kong acted as BVI counsel to China National Travel Service Group Corporation Limited on its US$900 million guaranteed notes offering for Sunny Express Enterprise Corporation.

This was comprised of two issuances. The first, an issue of 2.625% guaranteed notes due 2025 in the principal amount of US$300 million. The second, an issue of 3.125% guaranteed notes due 2030 in the principal amount of US$600 million. Both were guaranteed by the China National Travel Service Corporation Limited.
